More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore included in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
